ShieldFlag does not certify, guarantee, verify, approve, endorse, or warrant that any website:

- Is trustworthy
- Is free from fraud
- Will deliver purchased goods or services
- Will not engage in deceptive practices

- Uninterrupted service

- Technical completeness
- Uninterrupted access
- Error-free operation
- Fitness for a particular purpose
ShieldFlag expressly disclaims all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Third-Party Websites
ShieldFlag may analyze third-party domains and websites that are not owned, controlled, or operated by ShieldFlag.
ShieldFlag is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any third-party merchant, online store, brand, domain owner, or website operator unless explicitly stated otherwise.

ShieldFlag assumes no responsibility for third-party website content, products, services, business practices, or conduct.

ShieldFlag scores are generated algorithmically using publicly available and technical trust indicators, which may include:

- Redirects
- Public reputation signals
- Website structure
- Scam warning indicators
- Public review sources
- Technical security signals
- Fraud pattern heuristics
ShieldFlag does not disclose its full scoring methodology publicly.
Scores are dynamic and may change over time as new data becomes available.
8. Refunds
Refund eligibility may be reviewed case-by-case.
Refunds may be considered in situations such as:
- Failed report generation
- Duplicate payment
- Technical errors preventing delivery of purchased service
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be denied where a report has been successfully delivered.
